Last night in the UK more than an estimated 15m people watched the TV. (most ‘X Factor)

That’s APPROX. 1 in 3 people

Around 1 in 3 people in the UK experience depression at some time. (Some perhaps at 9pm last night…)

Co incidence?

TV is not a stress buster or a happiness booster!

This week; switch off the TV and do something less boring instead!
