What have been some of your happiest moments in your life? Think about the moments. Take a few minutes to replay one or two happy memories in as much detail as you can and it will boost your happiness. I will give you an example; Happiness expert Professor Sonja Lyubomirsky PhD and two colleagues did some research asking students to relive their happy moments in their mind for eight minutes for three days and it boosted their happiness four weeks later!

"Replay happy days. The practice of repetitively replaying your happiness life events serves to prolong and reinforce positive emotions and make you happier. We found that people who performed this exercise for eight minutes per day for three consecutive days felt more intense positive emotions four weeks later."
